We stayed at Laggan Country Hotel last year with Insight Tours and were delighted with our room which was located under the pointed tower. The bedroom was circular and quite roomy as we also had a separate sitting room with lounge chairs instead of everything in the one room..The haggis was piped in and we had "Ode to the Haggis"... We were delighted when we arrived at this small family run countryside hotel in the Scottish Highlands. It was like being welcomed into someone's home. We loved the quaint old fashioned touches right throughout. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a Scottish highlight dinner with bagpipes. All meals were delicious. We had... More

We enjoyed an excellent stay in this hotel. We booked the hotel for a group of 28 friends to celebrate a birthday and the hotel pulled out all the stops to ensure the weekend was a success. They accommodated all of our requests with no problems and our family and friends enjoyed the great food, the cosy bar with a... More

Stayed here as part of the Trafalgar tour we took. The quaint 2-storey hotel is in the middle of nowhere but you can really enjoy the peace and quietness. We were allocated the first room facing the front of the hotel. Next to the room is a staircase with a window, where they use a pulley system to haul the... More

Loved the stay in this small hotel. Out of the way area with lovely views of the highlands. Room was quite large, bathroom smaller and shower very small but all clean. Meals were wonderful and inviting bar for a whiskey nightcap. More

Quaint looking old country inn. Room was so small we had to go outside to change our minds. Teeny bathroom with no towel bars or hooks. Towels were set out on the bed when we arrived. No place to open suitcase without tripping on it. Room smelled musty. More

Very friendly staff. Good food. Well maintained, very clean room & bathroom with all you will need for a short stay. Fantastic location making you feel isolated, with great views. Visited while on a motorcycle touring break and would highly recommend this hotel - just be careful of gravel ! Its popular with coach tours, so breakfast is buffet style... More
