We stayed here on a budget on a snowboarding wknd on the Cairngorms. Our weekend collided with a "Young Farmers Confernce" Checking was easy, the staff more than accomodating and very helpful and apologetic for the young farmers! Our 3 rooms wee basic but had tea and coffee, they were nice and large and had a good spacious bathroom. They... More

We booked this weekend as a taster for our boys to see if they really did enjoy 'outdoor' skiing before we spent a fortune on a foreign holiday. We booked through Ski Norwest and was told that this was the best hotel to stay out of a choice of three as we would have a great lively new year with... More

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We have had a lot of positive feedback following the New Year break and indeed many of the guests have rebooked for 2012. We did have an issue with the quality of a batch of rump steaks from our supplier but guests were offered an... More

Overall a pleasant hotel but the walls and ceilings are so thin, that every footstep can be heard below, so we had to give up trying to sleep until the guests above had setted down. Otherwise it is in a good location and staff are friendly and helpful. More

If you want to stay at this hotel go through EastBreaks and find the cost then phone the hotel directly - you should get it at the same price but without the £4.50 booking fee!. This is a nice clean and friendly hotel with good food and quick service. If you book a room ensure it is on the first... More

My wife and I booked a weekend break via Classic Britain for only £140 for dinner, bed & breakfast. The area is great and Newtonmore is a perfect base for walking and other activities. Check-in was friendly and quick and we were pleased with our room. Everything was clean and the hotel is well looked after inside and out. Dinner... More

Stayed here Sept 11 to Sept 16th on a coach tour from North Wales. Hotel clearly revolves around coach tours. Breakfasts were great - set you up for the day (lovely bacon & eggs). Our evening meal was at 1930. Good choice of courses and great sweet trolley. Only gripe was that cheese course was an extra £4.95 if you... More

Just come back after a 5 day stay with Newmarket Holidays. Couldn't fault the hotel. Rooms spacious, clean and with everything you could ask for. Despite catering mainly for coach parties, meals were excellent with plenty of choice and very good service. Some of the restaurant staff had limited knowledge of English but they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would... More
