I spent a week at the Lea Rig with my three children ages 3, 6 & 9.
The owner was very helpful and was available to help in anyway she could yet at the same time we had complete privacy. The house is well appointed with two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The kitchen has all the mod cons of microwave, dishwasher and every kitchen utensil you are likely to need.

When we arrived we found that various lights were on to greet us and a tray was left on the dining table with tea/coffee and biscuits. Milk and orange juice was in the fridge.

It is only a two minute walk to the nearest shop (the Spar at the garage). There's a co-op five minutes walk down the main street and for a meal you can't go past the Glen Hotel (3 minute walk) for friendly service, great food and very child friendly.

It is also in an excellent location for reaching Aviemore and the Cairngorms. more
