We choose to stay there on Friday 1 May as a stop over down south, choose as offered AA discount and was a reasonable priced motel. Were offered a rate of $85.00 from the manager on duty, the room was ok, small with a double in one room & twin in another. Not overlely clean - they needed to vacum behind the bed more but ok for a one night stay. The problem came when we went to check out the owner was just downright rude she refubsed the AA discount at 5 % off $85.00 not exactly a huge sum, she also wanted to charge a different rate of $95.00. We left with a very bad taste in our mouth & wished we had stayed elsewhere were our trade would have been appreciated. more
