I had a bad experience when I got stuck in the lift when power went out ... No apology by the staff and level of service and customer dealing was pathetic . Never go their again .. Also the bathroom was tired looking and smelly. more

An amazing hotel with state of art facilities. S18 24hrs coffee shop serves amazing buffet(tried for breakfast and dinner). This place is excellent for the comforts. For the foody like me - they have one of the best food - specially Italian. Only thing I don't like is their parking and valet. It is sometime slow and mismanaged. more
