today came with my wife to UBR. the rooms are dirty, bed cloths are dirty. bed clothes were changed after we informed. there were blood stains in pillow. the floor is dirty, found some Ants on floor. we pai 85$ per night. not worth for what you pay. we went to dinner and we were informed we have to wait... more

This is being written from my room at UBR using their frre WiFi facility! As always the hotel is a friendly, comfortable place to stay in a superb location. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who are always ready to help. Better food and lower prices than some other establishments in Unawatuna. We will be back again! Nigel KNIGHT more

our stay in sri lanka was definitly enhanced by our stay at UBR. the position on the beach and near proximity to Galle and other interesting places was excellent. The staff food service and personalities at the UBR made our stay fun and we feel a great example of sri lankan civility more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Unawatuna Beach Resort, we stayed over Christmas week last year. It is located in the center of the beautiful beach, which is the best location on the U-shaped cove.
