It was OK. You can see that it's not a brand new hotel, but it's well maintained, clean and cosy. Typical Tirolian hotel with tasty food and comfortable beds. You need to take a ski-bus (20-25 min), but it's normal when you want to ski at Stubaier Gletscher and stay in Neustift.

Roomservice was inaccurate. In the entire hotel smelled of cigarettes that you can smoke in the middle. One Lady in Reception (with dark hair and glasses) worked as a punishment. This hotel offers you a very good relaxation in Stubaital, very nice accomodation, delicious food. Hotel staff isalways very friendly and helpful. We spent Christmas eve there and is was a very nice experience as they prepared special program for all guests that night. Really worth to try Kindl :)
