We went just for a week in the end of the summer. There are 2 pools and 2 jacuzzi. The Spa center is very nice as well. There are also a shop with nice clothes and Spa products. The Breakfast was very nice as well. We had a great time there, glad we choose that hotel.

1 big warm pool, 2 jacuzzi and 2 smaller hot pools. All with mineral water including an indoor pool. And this is located in a nice park in Velingrad. Rooms are fine, service too. Very pleasant hotel,very clean,helpful staff,rooms are quite,but not big.There is no balcony.The pools are excellent,spa center-acceptable.Very good breakfast.Some of the rooms are close to the restaurant and noisy,but oru room was changed at the first request.

Velingrad enjoys cool nights even on very hot days. The hotel has a pleasant location in a hilly neighbourhood. Good rooms, nice swimming pool (very pleasant on hot days), very good buffet breakfast, very good restaurant. Good service, English-speaking staff. The central air conditionner cannot be adjusted in each room. We didn't try the spa.

Spa hotel Dvoretsa is a magical place surrounded by beautiful nature. Very clean pools and SPA facilities. Friendly staff, that made our vacation very special. Everything was splendid, the only problem was the room, without air-condition and very small bathroom for 5* hotel. We can recommend and will definitely visit again.

The staff is trying to do their best, but it seems it is just what they can. It is a new well furnished hotel with really small rooms, and average service. Nice spa and really bad location. It is the best place in Velingrad.

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area. Mineral water pools are clean. Surrounding gardens are beautiful and in and outdoor balcony restaurant is excellent though the staff struggle to speak and understand English.
