Had the most wonderful holiday and although the team are near the end of the season we were treated so well and great service. We were in room 12 during are stay the room was immaculate and cleaned to a high standard every day. The pool area was lovely with great views. Breakfast choice was great and considering I had read some of the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised as so much variety. The location is good too. I would highly recommend Enalion suites and we hope to return soon too.

This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel and we loved it just as much and more, we have read previous negative reviews and understand everyone has different ideas on a great holiday and yes you will always find a few tweaks needed here and there but if you are looking for a small hotel with traditional Greek influence with amazing views, location for restaurants in Lassi and Argostoli then this is perfect. Maria, Andi and Arris are all very helpful and we have never experienced any of the previous issues some guests have mentioned, Maria is very efficient with breakfast and also remembers pretty much each guest’s drink preference etc each morning, Andi is very informative and friendly when you ask about the local area etc and both have great humour if you take the time to have a conversation with them. The rooms may appear old fashioned but they are Greek and we love that along with little 5 star touches, robe and slippers, tea lights and a flower from their gardens in a small vase, comfortable bed and beautiful breakfast setting ie linen and crockery. We took the advice of previous reviews on our first visit to take a suction shower holder and works a treat if you really aren’t happy with hand held ! We have been lucky to visit some great places around the world but we would certainly call this our go to for everything it offers if you are looking for a traditional Greek holiday with beautiful surroundings with the gardens, pool and beach, we will be back, thank you Enalion.

This place is indisputably perfect if you want, space, location, views and peace & tranquility, which is exactly what we wanted and got in abundance…. guests were of the same mindset with a bit of casual conversation but nothing that took over the ambience, until that one family arrived, but we can’t blame that on the owners, luckily they only had a few pool days - would love to see it go adults only though. It was so peaceful, especially at night, it felt more like a residential complex, I decided I lived there (for 12 days that is) . Rooms - spacious, airy and comfortable. Large bedroom, good storage. Aircon and safe are both included in the price, to put in perspective some negative comments, the curtains are for decoration hence too small to draw them, but there are external shutters to all the windows that when pulled closed, totally blackout the daylight, we left the bedroom ones pulled at all times, kept the room cool. Aircon preset at 24, believe me, when you leave both units on all night, you wake up freezing, we stopped using the bedroom one, used just the hallway and left the bedroom door open- perfect. The patio doors do turn off the aircon if left open too long, (most places are starting to do this), sadly no handle on the outside to be able to close them, if one wanted to stay out and one stay in with aircon …. had to keep knocking to be let back in 🤪 the bathroom, yes a bit dated, but that hand held shower was so powerful, useful tip, we took a stick on wall mount for the shower, less than £8 from Amazon, would have worked a treat if hubby hadn’t stuck it on the wall facing the shower screens !! Breakfast - perfectly adequate and tasty, yes it was the same everyday, but they put everything out every day, some places rotate whereas the Enalion had 3 types of eggs every morning etc, staff were friendly and checked if everything was ok, yes, they quickly moved plates when finished with, this was to help keep the bugs away etc. Pool area is perfect, is open from around 8/8.30, once the guy has done a bit of hosing down and tidying up - it’s the pool bar that doesn’t open until 11. We had the odd drink and ice cream but the food menu was very limited and quite pricey, we opted to go out to grab some lunch. For a few livelier pool days we ventured up to the Lorenzo, just a short walk towards the Lassi road, the food there is great and really well priced. Staff, we got in with all of them, the lady in reception can come across a bit abrupt, but she’s not, she has a great sense of humour and was very helpful when we needed help with our Quad one day. Would we return, YES, Thank you to all at the Enalion Suites, e had a great stay

Have to agree with many of the recent reviews of the enalion suites. Very tatty sunbed mattresses let down a beautiful pool area, with great views over to lixouri. The pool itself is very nice and clean. Didn't use the food area as we were out most days. Rooms are spacious but badly in need of an update. Bathroom especially was functional, with plenty of hot water, but having to step up into a bath to have a shower, with a cheap plastic sliding cover, is not good enough in 2023. In our ground floor room the noise from upstairs plumbing was enough to wake you up. The WiFi is pretty non existent, seemed only to work in a tiny area of the very warm reception room. I thought breakfast was ok, typical Greek hotel fare with some nice touches. Plenty of cats but not too many wasps. Location is great, just a 10 min walk to the main lassi strip with plenty of good restaurants to choose from. The bigger part of the beach below the hotel is lovely, but you need to get there early before all the sun beds are taken by guests from the mediterannee. Potentially a great hotel, just badly in need of major modernisation.

Beautiful setting overlooking the sea and rooms adequate. Very hard bed!! We were B and B and this was the poorest breakfast we have ever experienced but adequate. There is no feeling of warmth and happiness from staff which is so sad. Staff are stressed and just about make eye contact with you. So many rules too. Cooker in room not even plugged in to use, difficulty getting extra bedding , breakfast staff member abrupt and engaging with holiday makers she obvs knows previously, staff arguing . You feel like you are being watched!! As for pool bar prices. Ridiculous. No wonder it was empty every day. We would not go here again !

Second time here, such a lovely relaxing hotel, always space round the pool and the grounds and views are spectacular.the rooms are good sized, short walk into the Main Street and also a short walk to the beach so great location.breakfast was fine but the orange cake is ammmazing!!! The only slight criticism is a few things could do with updating like the sheets in the loungers and the rooms with a bit of a spruce up.but if you want a truly relaxing stay this is definitely worth a shot xx

I would not recommend this hotel for one major reason. The member of staff on reception has no idea about decent customer service and was really quite rude. On arrival we were shown to our rooms (we’d booked two) after a weirdly forced welcome drink. The lady, who I assume was the manager, informed us that our two children should sleep in the twin and adults in the double bed apartment next door. She was not happy when I said no they were too young to sleep alone in a completely separate apartment, we’d booked one adult and one child in each apartment and that’s how we would use them. I have no idea why she made this assumption given the tour operator won’t allow two children to be booked into a room alone. The same lady called me over to reception desk on our third day. Without any pleasantries she started telling me off. First on her list, we’d moved a chair in the room which had made a noise and disturbed the below apartment. We were in rm 3 which is directly above reception, there is no apartment below as far as I could see. Second on her list someone had slept on the sofa bed, she threatened to charge us extra for this. No extra person had stayed but my son had slept there one night due to the heat in the bedroom. This threat of extra charges worried me for the rest of our stay and I tried my best to avoid her. There is, as other reviewers have mentioned, a number of annoying details about this hotel. Air con in room won’t go below 24degrees, pool bar is expensive and opening hours are limited, beds are hard, pool towels aren’t allowed on beach, sun lounger bed covers are gross, no utensils in kitchen, dog barking in the night within the hotel, pool doesn’t open until 11am, hand held shower in bath and there is a building site next door. You might stay here and get lucky in that you don’t get told off my manager for something trivial and the above things might not bother you. If that’s the case you may well have a good holiday. The location is good, the sea is perfect for swimming, the rooms are big, the pool area is spacious for the number of guests and the restaurants in Lassi are all very good. Aqua Marina bar just up the road is especially friendly with good food and a nice vibe. We won’t ever return to this hotel though.

Having read the reviews prior to booking our week's holiday we all had high expectations of the hotel, especially as it is one of TUI's high end offers. We received a lovely welcome from the hotel team and our bags were delivered to our room. The rooms although large were looking rather tired and dated. The fridge didn't work properly and we had to chill drinks in the freezer to be able to enjoy a cool drink in the evening. There were two air-conditioning units both set at 24 which isn't satisfactory when the outsider temperature is 35 plus. The bedroom unit was completely useless therefore we didn't enjoy a comfortable night's sleep. As soon any of the outside doors were opened the air-conditioning switched off which is inconvenient when one of you wishes to enjoy the balcony. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels. Each evening the housekeeping staff would knock then enter all most straight with a "Goodnight" card (not too sure why...) In the end we left our DND sign on the door. The hotel information folder had an awful lot of "Do's and Don't" in it which usually isn't a good sign. Breakfast was served on a terrace which was a bit tight on space lots of manoeuvring of chairs to be able to get in and out. We like to enjoy a leisurely breakfast but this wasn't possible, as soon as you finished eating your plate was whisked away. The reason for this is that there isn't enough seating available for everyone staying at the hotel. The breakfast offer wasn't anything special, one morning we arrived after 9.30am and there was very little left. The food quality wasn't good . We ordered a coffee each morning which came with a thimble full of milk so we had to top it up from the breakfast buffet. One morning my husband politely asked for some more coffee and on the second time of asking he was greeted with a comment that we give priority to guests coming down for breakfast. The pool area was very nice with plenty available sunbeds at any time of the day. The area could be so much better, there is a large bar and terrace which is under utilised (probably because of the limited offer and high price) because no one used it there wasn't any atmosphere which is a shame. The location is lovely but there is a hotel being built next door which if you were staying on the left side of the hotel could quite possibility disturb your stay both visually and from the noise. In our opinion the hotel didn't offer value for money and lacked a certain atmosphere therefore it didn't meet our expectations.

Arrival - Arrived at the Enelion Suites to a warm welcome, some 'welcome drinks' of a juice and water. The rooms - The rooms were very dated, curtains are too small for the doors, bathroom door handle broken, very basic decor, black mold on shower screen rims. There was a open plan kitchen/living room area where our 2 children's 'beds' were set up. One was a fold away bed and the other was a sheet over the sofa (not sofa bed - just sofa cushion). My son really wasn't keen on sleeping in there and really wanted to be in our room which was large double room (plenty of space for 2 fold away beds as well) Nether of our children we keen to sleep on the sofa. We'd asked to have another fold away bed into our room and to have these into the main bedroom to which there was a little hesitation saying that we had to be careful with the furniture but, OK, housekeeping would be along shortly to help. Once they arrived, there must have been a language barrier as they just came to move the fold away bed we already had into the main room. Not wanting to cause a fuss we just decided to move the sofa custion into the bedroom and just leave it as that. Every day housekeeping came in and moved it back to the sofa, so this became a daily task of us moving it back into the bedroom. The beds were rock hard, I didn't sleep well at all for the whole week. The pillows were also awful and very hard. No other sheets available which also wasn't ideal as our daughter likes blankets even in extreme heat (?!). The aircon was ridiculous, couldn't change it from 24 degrees. You open a door and after 30 seconds it turns off in both the bedroom and the living room. Logical maybe, but really not ideal when you have children in bed and you want to sit outside and have a drink in the evening whilst leaving the door slightly open so you can hear the children. The kitchen facilities were very limited. I'd tried to see how the cooker worked to find it didn't even switch on (I have since read apparently there is an additional charge if you want to use it). There were no cooking utensils at all - I wasn't planning on cooking but had to check it out :) There was a fridge/freezer which was good. Limited plates and cutlery. No bowls, chopping boards or kitchen knives (discovered that when trying to cut open a watermelon!) Housekeeping - Generally very good, kept the rooms very clean (apart from the shower screen) and daily change of towels. Had towels provided for the pool which were changed after day 3. On one of the days, we decided we really didn't want the fuss of moving the sofa cushion back to the room that night so left a do not disturb sign on the door which was completely ignored and we came back to find that they had entered our room and replaced the DND sign back on our table (and moved the sofa cushion...). Food - We were bed and breakfast with the assumption that we had cooking facilities available in the room. Breakfast wasn't great. It was very samey every day, and the hot food wasnt particularly good, the scrambled eggs were very undercooked most days. They took a drinks order when you arrived at the table and were generally very prompt with them. You do get just a tiny dribble of milk even if everyone is having tea/coffee. There is a pool bar which serves food until 2.30. 2 members of our family are vegetarian and this didn't cater well for them so we opted not to eat there. This also served drinks, everything was more pricey from there which is a shame as we would've used it much more than we did had we felt it was more reasonable. The views from the bar are stunning but that area lacked any soul and being more pricey, we really weren't drawn to utilising it. The staff - They started off quite pleasent but one woman is very bossy. We found that our plates were being rushed away from us at breakfast time, where they were being taken from under us whilst we were still eating - not the plates that were cleaely finished but imagine still eating a slice of toast and the plate it was from whipped away. I'm really not a fan of this at all as it makes me feel rushed, so after a few days of this happening, I thought I'd raise this quite nicely to the male waiter who kept doing it. The 'bossy' female came over to ask what I was talking to him about and became quite confrontational about it and not really listening to what was quite a simple and constructive piece of feedback. After a few minutes of back and forth, I ended up exiting the conversation as the intention was to only raise something that we didn't like and not to be confronted in an unfriendly manner. This had quite upset me and after breakfast service had finished, my husband (the calmest and friendliest person you'll ever come across) said he'd go and clear the air and speak with her, to which he was faced with the same confrontation and lack of listening which I had encountered during breakfast. He couldn't get any point through so wished her a nice day and had to walked away too. We then faced a frosty reception from her and the male waiter for all the subsequent breakfasts and not clearing any plates at all (the obviously finished ones) until we had left the breakfast table. Location - Location is good, a short walk to the main Lasse strip with bars and restaurants. The walk back to the hotel is very dark at night so a torch is recommended. The hotel has direct access to a lovely beach with showers at the top which was very ideal. Overall - We had a truly lovely holiday but we wouldn't go back to the Enalion apartments again. We loved the pool and the views but the rock hard beds, run down decor and rudeness of staff makes it a not again for us.

Lovely location - this is what we wanted to try these apartments for. However, breakfast is repetitive and not enough choice, especially when you go later. Food and drink are extortionate and not the best. I don’t know why they make the drinks so expensive as it puts people off ordering them. Apartments could do with an update. Grounds and location beautiful, they just need bringing up to date. The apartment owners are missing a trick with not using the pool bar area more as it has the most beautiful views.
