Mantas family owns two hotels in Loutraki,the second one is on the same street as the seaside.
The hotels has gone through a major refurbisment but mostly on the exterion and has changed the windows and doors with double glazed ones for the exterior noice.
Inside nothing much has been done and if you try to sleep either in the afternoon siesta or in the night first pray to god that everybody else in the hotel wants to go to sleep as weel.
That is if someone wants to start a conversation in your floor then you might as well take part in this.
Yes all talking,moving and all noises are heard in the floor so it makes it too difficult to sleep.
Breakfast is ok but was better few monthw ago,so really there is no reason for someone to book a room with this hotel. more
