I have travelled all over the world and been on endless package holidays but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The apartment layout was not what we booked, we had no lounge area for relaxing in (all you want to do after a hard day skiing), our toilet blocked within a few hours of being there, the flush broke on the en-suite, light bulbs and sockets were broken, there was no toaster or kettle (so it took a long time to boil water for six people) and we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Despite the apartments not being cleaned once during our stay and having to clean the kitchen ourselves upon departure we had 40 euros taken out of our deposit for cleaning! A disgrace. I have never paid for cleaning, it should be included in the price of the holiday. Two words - DONT GO! more
