Perfect!!! Casina Valloreci was absolutely perfect. Our host, Angelo, has definitely put his heart into making the stone cottage a home away from home. The photographs on the internet show exactly what you get. There is no exaggerating the beauty and warmth that is portrayed in the images of this agriturimo. It was very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable... More

We just returned from a fabulous 6-night stay during our honeymoon at Casina Valloreci, a charming little stone cottage (just the right size for two) on a villa in the middle of olive groves. Casina is located near Sinalunga -- a central location that allowed us to easily day-trip to Siena and many other towns in Southern Tuscany. The cottage... More

Not only is Casa Valloreci charming and comfortable as other reviews mention, Angelo is a fabulous host!! Not only did he help with recommendations and reservations for lunch & dinner, he was extremely helpful guiding us towards laundry and cooking class options. We stayed for a week in the middle of our Italian holiday - a vacation within our vacation.... More

We spent six nights at Casa Valloreci. It provided us with a peaceful spot to recharge ourselves after our days exploring lovely Tuscany. The stone cottage is in a great location, (15 minutes drive to Pienza and also close to Montepulciana and other historic hill towns). It is clean, comfortable, quiet and of quality construction. But the best part of... More

My wife and I stayed two nights here last week. Based on the previous previews we were excited to see this lovely stone cottage and to meet the infamous Angelo. Both exceeded our expectations. Upon first arriving, we were greeted with open arms and a bottle of wine along with some fresh fruit, meat and cheese. The cottage has been... More

We stayed at Casina Valloreci for a few days on our honeymoon and we could not have had a better time! It was everything we were looking for. This is a gorgeous property on a working farm with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. It is quiet and relaxing and every inch is filled with rustic charm. We stayed in... More

We enjoyed some early contact by email with Angelo and got to know each other a bit first.. We arrived by escort of two lovely young villagers on motor bikes, as a result of asking directions.. What a great start to the warm hospitality and gorgeous villa awaiting us. Angelo and Umberto toured us through cottage and grounds and we... More

Angelo (and Umberto) are typical Italian gentlemen and owners of this stunning property. On arrival, we were greeted by Angelo with open arms, and felt from the start that were were friends immediately! The little cottage we stayed in was magic and quaint! We loved it, and Angelo made sure that we felt like it was ours. The fridge was... More

Beoordeling Casina Valloreci For the second time in two years we visited Casina Valloreci. When we left last year we already knew that we would comeback, and so we did. When we left home this year we were wondering how it would be for the second time. Would it be heaven again or would the expectations be too high? As... More

Our first trip to Italy was so wonderful, that no doubt, we will travel there again. Friends had stayed at Casa Valloreci last year and had nothing but glowing recommendations, but we still did our own research. There are so many wonderful reviews that one might think, it can't be that nice... or... those people must be exaggerating. The fact... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
The first time I fell in love with this place was several years ago while watching the movie, "The English Patient." I loved these forests, cypress trees and valleys. I was impressed in particular by the Abbey where the movie was filmed, at Sant'Anna in Camprena. And now this movie is repeated for me every night, and every night is always more beautiful. I would like to share these feelings with you. ... more   less
