Booked with Sovereign, impressed with the premises, but the lack of service is appalling. Staff attitude was terrible, probably because they knew they just couldn't cope. Food was good, probably because of the Spanish staying at the hotel. Our holiday could have been superb, the hotel ensured it wasn't. more
