Well, where do I start? there goes; the facilities of the hotel where okay, except for the "swimming tank" and the jakuzzi & turkish bath, so dirty... And the personal, with some exceptions, were very unfriendly and uninformed about services and facilities of the hotel. Comfortable, wide warm clean rooms. A great hamman, good inside pool and jacuzzi (no children after 19:00h). Good massage service (extra payment). Effective front desk.
