The resort was a major disappointment on several levels, including service, hygiene, facility decor & quality of food and beverage.

Service - non existent, surly, disinterested, bored, staff slovenly dressed, no supervision. At one stage during the evening the bar was closed and the customers asked to leave so that the one bar tender could go and have his dinner...?

Hygiene - Two varieties of bugs in the room, cockroaches in the living room and an unidentified white bug in the bathroom. Public toilets in the restaurant cleaned once in two days, please remember this is a very busy ski resort accommodating hundreds skiiers and boarders, the sight of the mens room toilet on one particular day was utterly disgusting.

Decor - Nothing from furniture to appliances to bathrooms have the appearance of being replaced for the last 10 years, with electrical heaters in the bathroom next to the shower, no visible fire or smoke alarms, evacuation maps or procedures... more
