Everything was great apart from 2 things - No free wifi anywhere in the hotel No tea // coffee making facilities in the room Small negatives ,but big positives in this hotel. A big thank you to Yvonne in the Spa she was very helpful

All treatments are paid very high prices and few packs to choose besides, all they have are separate services from the apartment, iternet breakfast, lunch, thermal pools, parking, everything is paid separately, unless you choose expensive apartment then if anything goes, are clean and helpful, quiet and comfortable.

Good facilities, nice food in the a la carte restaurant we would go back. Cannot comment on the Spa as really busy so we gave it a miss. Two single beds in double room not good. Use junction 777 off AP7 much closer

Stayed 10 nights in January - was brilliant. Lovely friendly staff. We came here to visit the traditional mud baths on the Lagoon and see the flamingoes on the salt marshes. The deal for the night included access to all the mineral spa baths for both days.
