The hotel and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable! The staff is prepared and very very helpful. It was a really nice experience... totally worth it! more

If I had been paying and not the company I would have walked out.... Dirt and mould in the bathroom, dust and dirty plastic bedding in the bedroom, bird droppings on the breakfast room floor, breakfast extremely disappointing - need I say more? Definitely a candidate for one of the top 10 worst hotels in England. more
