This B&B has a self contained 2 bedroom cottage that has its own entrance and this is the part we stayed in. A traditional B&B with a good breakfast. However, don't expect much sleep if you end up in room 1 – the mattress pre-dates the building and provided us with one of the worst night's sleep of our lives. We were generally impressed by our one night's stay here. The room was spotlessly clean, all the staff very helpful and polite. The tea and coffee is a strange one though. I agree that this is a comfortable and friendly place. The rooms seem to be newly decorated and are very clean, and the owners are very helpful. We booked the hotel many months ago for our guests attending our sons wedding. We just couldnn't have been more pleased with everything.
