Excellent bargain at 30 USD per night. (One person July 10-12, 2006) Centrally located hotel with nice carpeted lobby & hallway areas. Elevator between multiple birds in cages and huge fish tanks. My room had a big bathroom with a big shower. Closet and bedroom area was a nice size. I enjoyed how I wasn't bothered by any noise since my room was in the back. Do a search online and find the hotel's website.
Sidenote: It was easy to take the Toluca bus directly from the 2nd floor of the Mexico City airport. (Go to the left after you exit the Mexico City airport customs area and ask for the ground transportation to Toluca)
