The hotel was nice enough and I recived an upgrade upon check-in. However, there were several mis-steps. The Ritz in San Juan is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach and pool area. We stayed on the Concierge Floor and the access to the Concierge Lounge was an incredible asset to the whole experience.
