This Ritz is in name only. The hotel is nice enough, though nothing great. Rooms are just average. The hallways are extremely noisy, both because of loud talking staff (housekeepers, etc.), and low class, inconsiderate guests. The hotel has lots of rooms and only 3 elevators.
