We enjoyed this hotel for a relaxing getaway. The pool was very nice. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but there are some nice ones nearby. I would recommend to others. more

We stayed on the 8th floor Ocean and Poolview and were a little blocked by the trees (for Poolview) ,none the less, it was very nice. The entire staff was attentive and we never had to open the doors when coming into the hotel or leaving. The staff would smile and acknowledge us everytime. I stayed at the Intercontinental about 6 or 7 times. I always get a ocean view room on a high floor. The view is great and the room is clean. The balconies are very small. The InterContinental San Juan Resort is a great place to stay. Although I would not recommend to spent your whole vacation there because in PR there is plenty to see.
