The hotel looks like the picture which is a good thing, it's beautiful. Everything from the pool to suites to the dining area was well kept. The location of this hotel is really good. Everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed the conviences of Pueblo's supermarket which is a short walking distance away where we purchased some items to keep... more

This hotel is right next to the airport ($11 cab ride) and is a close walk to the beach. The breakfast buffett in the morning is great and there is a nice variety of food. Also, the pool is beautiful but i wouldn't recommend it to people looking for peace and quiet as there were lots of kids splashing around.... more

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites. We will definitely stay there again. Service was excellent, continental breakfast was great, cleanliness and rooms were fabulous. more

Hotel itself is quite fine with clean and wel maintained rooms (we stayed in one bedroom suite), nice lobby, and friendly staff. Although check-in time is sort of late (I believe 4 pm), our room was not ready when we arrived, so we have to wait about half an hour. That's not bad, but then we have to wait more... more

We got a really good price on this hotel - 125 a night, so we were able to overlook the fact that if you didn't run the air conditioning constantly (which meant very cold) the bedroom smelled like someone had vomitted in it. We arrived late at this property. We needed two rooms. The hotel was busy and they gave us two handicap rooms. One of the rooms smelled like someone had throwed up and we had to change room. We were also hungry and we eat at their restaurant which was so so. more

Had a prepaid reservation through Hilton.com but I missed my connecting flighty to San Juan. Called hotel and they agreed to "push back" my "no change, no cancel" reservation by one night. I really liked that flexibility. Hotel is as described by others. Would like to mention the Outback Steakhouse happy hour. Got a great Bombay martini for just $6.50... more
