Parador del angel is a very nice place to stay for a couple of nights while exploring Mendoza wineries. It is in Chacras de Corrias, a quaint town about 20 minutes from the City of Mendoza. We have been here ourselves in 2006 and the place has even gotten better. We booked it for my in-laws this December from Italy (you know how difficult is to please a mother-in-law) and they loved it.
