Booked on-line(Bookings FRA) -When checking out the staff would not accept the price we booked. Our booking confirmation which we handed to the staff on the day of arrival was gone. "Pay the full price now and we will refund your money later when we receive a copy of your booking confirmation" (we had it on the computer at home)... more
