I stayed in this Novotel for a business stay. The service was terrible: - Nobody at reception when I arrived, long queues at other times with only one person attending desk - Taxi that was booked didn't show up due to mistake in booking - Breakfast ordered in room didn't come - Bill charged twice by mistake - Room service... more
This hotel was not what I expected. check in was a nightmare with one member of staff and ques out the door! you are advised that this is a good base for Euro Disney which is not true Euro disney on a good day is 30 minutes away. The hotel is run down and smells of stale smoke the bed... more
Booked this because it was the closest to the Parc des Expo at a reasonable price and wasn't disappointed. It's €18 taxi fare from CDG (at night) autoroute all the way. This hotel is quite nice, the staff is also nice. I would say that the only thing that is not so nice is the location. In fact, the car park is closed and kept by a guard during the night (problem by the past???). Rooms are spacious, clean and seem to have been recently renovated. more
My mother and I went to Paris for new year, I was digusted to find bed bug - YES BED BUG! bites all over my arms. You do not expect this from the Novotel!! STAY AWAy! the bites took over a week to go down and still no apology!! more
