This seemed like an okay hotel in terms of the room, - nothing special but clean and quiet - but the staff were very elusive, both at check-in and at departure.
When I arrived, hotel front door was locked, and I found myself
roaming around looking for a way in.
When I needed to leave on Sunday morning I could not find a single staff member to check me out, so could not leave my bags, and just had to leave my key on the desk.
I then found that I had been charged for 2 nights, when in fact I had stayed just one . Original booking was for two, but I'd changed it in good time by phoning the hotel 3 days in advance.
Hotel has been entirely unresponsive to attempts to get the money refunded.. more
