The service was good and bad. On arrival we were shown to our room by 2 (yes, 2) lovely people, they were friendly and professional. However, we went to dinner, and were given menu's in German. We thought these were the only menus available but found out later that there were English menus. The staff we dealt with knew we did not speak German, but did not give us the English menus.....
The room was nothing like what is shown on the website. We were taken to a building across the lake which I think is for overflow, when they are busy. The main building looked lovely, and reflected what was on the website. The building we were in appeared to be mainly full time residents, possibly some kind of nursing home. It smelt like a hospital and was quite creepy. The room was very basic (which is fine at this price), but felt like the room had been been put together just before we arrived.
