I stayed here for a conferance, and it was the worst hotel experiance ever. The staff was very rude. They wanted a copy of our passports, and would not give us them back for two days. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at,. The rooms and facilities are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. I had a room on the third floor and the elevator was broken the entire visit. No staff was available to assist in carrying my luggage to the room. The room was large but was decorated in "homeless" shelter chic.... more
To be fair, we didn't use all of the hotel facilities...I believe there is a pool on the property. However, during our two week stay in Sicily this was by far the most overpriced for the room we got - small, outdated, a bathroom with a leaking shower tray, stained carpet in the common areas...really not worth it.
