We just come back from a 2 day stay at the hotel. At the momnet they have a building site there, where they build a new 4 storey builing. You can´t open the windows in all rooms facing the builing site, because the noise starts at 7 am until 6 pm. It was disappointing that the swimming pool opens at... more

The hotel photos make it look like a peaceful haven in the midst of lush Italian gardens, conveniently ignoring the industrial zone overlooking it. I just returned from an easter vacation at this hotel. I stayed there with my girl friend for three nights and really cannot understand the other reviews on this site. A little out of the way if you're hoping to stay in Verona. Beautiful building with courtyard and even a medieval church within the hotel! The hotel also has an outdoor pool and a gym. I ate at the restaurant, which was excellent with attentive, accommodating and attentive staff. The front desk staff were also very good. The only downside... more

The Villa Quaranta is a most lovely old world italian chateau. Beautifully maintained grounds, pool and buildings. Has a fascinating old church attached to it. Stayed one night this year to attend the opera festival. Had stayed last year as well for one night. Was as impressed the second time around. Excellent breakfast. Look foreward to returning and highly recommed!! more
