Enjoyed a lovely holiday here, people very friendly, apartments ideal with ample space and tv good when we had thunder and lightening storm. lovely walks and 10 min walk to beach, 20 mins to armacao de pera town, took 30 mins home because of the hill but plenty bar stops en route. Read the previous reviews so was expecting something good, but on the whole the place was average. The staff were not exceptionally friendly - just on the whole professional - with the odd exception. The cleaners were practicing for the olympic sprint team so the rooms were never clean and they couldn't make a bed. The shop was often unstaffed... more
