For the price we paid we were expecting a lot more than this! We arrived and had to walk what felt like 6 miles around these creepy badly signposted corridors which looked like a mental asylum as we couldnt cut through as the pool area was closed at night, up and down flights of stairs with a suitcase isnt easy!!... more

This was the 3rd year in a row iv stayed at the rocks and let me tell you the price as gone up but the hotel has gone down dramatically! Sorry to hear that your stay wasn’t to the standard you expected. We take every comment very seriously and will follow this up with our housekeeping team. Re the entertainment, our gigs finished on 8/9 but we did have pool parties through until around the third week in September, however the weather was pretty bad for around two weeks in...
fine for a stag do or hen party but we were just a pair of friends. If I heard lads shouting "Green Army" from the balconies once I heard it a thousand times. more
There are areas of our hotel that are quieter and we are working on ways to help guests select these areas if they wish. We are also working on ways to create more late night entertainment in the public areas of the hotel so that we can encourage our guests not to make noise in the rooms during the night....
Ibiza rocks is the perfect ibiza party hotel,facilities are modern & clean. The security is very tight but i think this is a good thing. Going in order of the tips above... The service was excellent, straight into our room on arrival, everybody gets their own key card, which is also used to pay for food/drink around the poolside bars! I have just got back from 1 week in Ibiza, staying at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel. The Hotel is lovely, the communal areas are all sparklingly clean & amazingly decorated. I think whether you enjoy this hotel or not depends on why your coming to Ibiza.. for me it was for my 30th which is next month and I wasn't planning on sleeping and the 8 hours I did get in 7 nights weren't that good but thats another story lol :) I can see why people like this hotel... more
