We enjoyed our Autumn half term holiday here with our 7 yr old & 5yr old. Weather averaged 29C but cooled down around 5pm as the sun started to set but still warm in the evening. this hotel is nice and very clean but certainly not up to 5 star standards - the rooms were nice and spacious but the beds were very very uncomfortable ours was actually 2 single beds and when i mentioned it to the front desk they put one big sheet on the bed to make it look like one bed but... more

Overall the Yaiza is a very good hotel - clean, well appointed, very well done with regard to decor etc etc. Pools very nice and location excellent with regard to proximity to the small beach and fairly central to the resort. This is an incredibly large hotel. The public spaces are huge with hundreds of sofas. It is a hotel for families. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed family suite. We've stayed here 7 times now in the last 3 years & would struggle to find a better hotel or location. Even with the weak Pound vs Euro, it still presents excellent value for money. Cannot fault this superb hotel. more
