We just returned from spending four nights at the Casa Grande de Cornide and would recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago. It is located about 10K from the center of the city and is hidden away in a peaceful rural garden-like setting. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff attentive. Part of our motorcycle tour, this hotel was lovely. Friendly people, nice food and a great building and garden. Don't be scared when Mrs Garmin takes you up a track to get here though ! more
