I had the best stay ever in this hotel. Very Clean, comfortable , excellent Breakfast and the owners were terrific... I was there on a business trip and they made me feel like part of the family. When I left they even gave me a goodbye / goodluck card.... they were awesome. I would def. go back and stay there....... more

Very clean, friendly and comfortable. Two minuites from beach and easy bus ride into the fab shops in Brighton. Got well stocked bar and Chardonnay as house wine! open when you want it to be . It was a lovely B & B set in Hove, 2 minute walk to beach front. The Rooms were spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, comfy beds, very cosy bedding, cotton sheets, lots of lights in room, power shower, towels provided and yummy breakfast. £3 parking for 11 hours in a parallel road. Taxi's £7 into centre of Brighton. more

what a fab hotel, very clean rooms at a reasonable price, they accomodated 15 of us, all on a hen weekend, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast in particular was very good, its an excellent location in hove and a lovely walk into brighton or a short distance by car. couldnt have chosen a nicer place. more
