The staff were great - they were friendly and helpful but also allowed me to change in their staff area and kept my backpack till my ferry - I wasn't even staying there! Stayed in the backpacker section with own room. When i booked i was promissed my own bathroom down the hall with my own key at no extra charge but when i booked in they said they didn't know anything about that and later in the evening a family came and they gave the private bathroom down the hall to them.... more
