This was a lovely stay with a kind and thoughtful reception desk host. Large room and large comfortable bed and quiet for restful sleep after a long drive. The young man at the desk had several recommendations for dining in Whakatane and suggestions for a picnic too!

My second time to this wonderful complex. The service gets better and better, a nice upgrade, wonderful hospitality. Room 12 with the outdor courtyard is great on a Friday afternoon, when you are escaping for a long weekend. As a 'girls weekend' venue, I know we will definitely be back!

Easy to find, on the edge of Whakata, with friendly staff with a good 'no fuss attitude' who are able to inform on local restraunts and attractions. Clean rooms with good facilities. Not much room outside,but enough to sit and relax with a glass of wine (from the local shop) after a day exporing the local area.
