We stayed here in Dec 2008 during part of our honeymoon. Our unit was very nice and we appreciated the full kitchen. The pool is lovely and the grounds are immaculately kept. This is a quiet spot that is a ways from the surfing beach and Guinones where the shops are. However, there is a brand new grocery store literally across the street as well as a nice restaurant next to that (called Dos Lorenas). While we were there the onsite restaurant and bar had closed. Never mind, we got plenty of "Imperial" from the store and were good to go!

An ATV or SUV w/ 4wheel drive is a good idea if you stay here and will want to go into town or the beach with any regularity. (it's a bit far for walking and the roads are... uh .. a "litte" potholed so I would avoid a regular car). Arco is, however, close to the Yoga Institute.
