We had a terrible experience, staff treat foreigners very bad prioratising french customers, short stay over the long-stay customers..Bar staff is irresponsable, often drunk at work and leaving bar unsupervised with customers still in it, engaging in personal relationship with customers whilst on duty.Managers were unresponsive to our continuous complaint of music level in the bar which is controled by the bar staff. although the one night the french complained, the next day the bar was shut for whole weekend.Often we would be ignored as customes and not served without any good reason. There were many cases of indecent exposure and offensive acts and language from other drunk customers which managers ignored and took no action, even though my 4 year old son was present. Will never stay there again and don't advice anyone else either, its not a family place and not a hotel.. more
