We booked the hotel because it promised a shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived and called--"the driver was unavailable; take a taxi. Will cost 18-20 eur". No refund. Only good if you have an early flight out of rome. Hard to find and the neighborhood isn't great. Take the shuttle from the airport after you return your rental car - don't take a taxi from the airport, they charge way too much. Hotel staff is very pleasant and speaks English. cute place on a floor of an office building right off Veneto. Expensive for a cold and mediocre breakfast. No lobby etc but comfortable rooms, nice people, convenient as it gets. For 2/3 the price it would be a value. more
