Was blown away with quality of the room, the fastest internet service I've ever experienced and no extra charge, nice business type chair, very well appointed furnishings, and the restaurant served the best peppercorn sauce covered steak I've had in 30 years. Sent the chef 10 Euro as a tip. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on nights... more

I had read such great reviews about the Hilton Garden Inn and booked it months in advance. We arrived on a very rainy December 21st night could never find the shuttle and after waiting in the rain for an hour and being told by other shuttle drivers that the Hilton didn't have a shuttle we walked back to the airport... more

We stayed here the night before leaving Italy after 2+ weeks. It is extremely clean; relatively new. Free internet. Bathroom spotless. The ground transportation to/from the airport runs frequently and timely. The only problem is finding the bus at the airport. When getting off the train, walk toward the terminal but veer to the right (do not go across the... more

This was the last hotel that I stayed in before heading home. I stayed in a hotel in Venice, stateroom on a cruise ship, and in Rome. If you are from the US and want a hotel similar to what you would get in the States for the price, this is it. The bed was way more comfortable than any... more

Some problems communicating with the front desk (we are Southerners) but overall a most enjoyable experience! Extremely clean rooms with the most comfortable mattress (please tell me where I can purchase one) Dining room was a little pricey but food was very good. more

My wife and I stayed here on our way home from Italy. It is pricey, but if you can afford it, worth the convenience. Knowing Italy the way we do, we didn't expect the shuttle buses TO the airport to run precisely on time...but they did! I agree with the reviewer who wrote that it is difficult to find the... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our last night in Italy before flying home. We took the Leonardo da Vinci train from Termini to the airport, where we were picked up by the free shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle pick-up location was a bit difficult to find until we realized that we were looking for a... more

We stayed one night for an early morning transfer at the airport. The hotel is near the airport and has a regular shuttle. It is fairly new, very clean, and well-appointed "Euro-modern" rooms. The rooms are slightly small, but have everything you might need. The staff was efficient and pleasant. The continental breakfast at the restaurant included in the room... more

I can say the only good thing is the bed it was very comfortable and the shutle to the airport. the service was so bad and nobody is there to answer our requirements ( we request extra quilt and within 5 days we didn't receive it, The TV was cut for 2 night without action to repair it). At breakfast... more

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September. The room was excellent with a very comfortable bed. There was also the bonus of a laundry on each floor. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dinner was satisfactory although not a big menu to choose from but the pizza was enjoyable. The hotel is fairly isolated if you... more
