I liked this hotel and recommend it. We stayed 9 nights in May 2009 and it was a fantastic holiday, we got a good deal and the room was clean, comfortable with full kitchinette. Calamancina was like a summer camp for adults and families. The perfect walking distance from the center of town, our apartment/room and balcony were a pleasure. Spotless and tasteful, with nice people all around. We liked their "everything is included" atmosphere: gated parking, beach chairs and umbrellas manned by a friendly lifeguard, mountain bikes, a pool, and plenty of staff.... more

We spent 7 nights here at the end of September. The room was light and comfortable with a well resourced, separate kitchinette/sitting room and spacious bathroom. The site was well situated, just a few minutes walk away from the harbour, the fantastic fishmonger, the beach, shops and other amenities. I just got back from this hotel today, and while it was adequate, there is nooooo way (on the planet that I live on) this is a four star hotel. I got there with my luggage and the reception guy who showed me to my room didn't lift a finger to help me with it. He's walking up the little... more
