This hotel is superb, beautiful setting, lovely room, great facilities, the staff couldn't of done anymore. The bar staff and restaurant staff were polite and professional. The food was excellent and the standard was five star. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a great nights stay

Stayed for one night (26 May 2013) here for a wedding party. Excellent receptionist very helpful. Pets allowed for small fee. Dog bed, bowls and snacks! TJ enjoyed his stay. Rooms well appointed. stayed here end of march in snow and bitterly cold weather .room very nice (we had an upgrade )clean with loverly view towards the highland cattle and rutland water.dinner and breakfast were great.hotel and room both warm and cosy.only downside was that it was very icy walking across the courtyard with no salt or snow clearance.otherwise a loverly stay
