We have stayed at the hotel Frate Sole on a few occasionsand hve always found the staff very friendly and efficient.It is in fact a family run hotel The rooms are spotlessly clean and vey comfortable but on the small side. The restaurant called Sorella Luna is excellent with all the typical Umbrian dishes such as the pasta Stringozzi ragu... more
