We stopped over at this hotel en route for Scotland it was clean quiet and just off the motorway and very reasonable good breakfast and evening meal and very pleasant staff decor was tired but will stay there again

Food was excellent, breakfast was choose your own - brilliant - room comfortable and lovely and clean although some re-decoration would be good. Staff were friendly & helpful and hard working. swimming pool was gorgeous and warm. Didn't have time to use the spa but heard other people saying good things about it.

This review is only rating the hotel as the staff were very polite and helpful. The place is in desperate need of a total makeover.
