Four poster bed was falling apart and room was cold all weekend. Some cobwebs on ceiling and a bit dusty (would have excused these on 2 star rating). Raised point about bed and cold room After payment, received rude and downright abusive denial of any problems. Landlady said there was a radiator in the room (it barely got warm) and that there was nothing wrong with the bed (the frame was falling apart and the whole bed wobbled every time you moved - seasick in bed would be an apt description). I was told "it was the room you asked for" (I asked for a four poster - not a broken four poster! It looks fine in the website picture - Beware!). We stormed out to some seriously abusive language but had the gentleman from the property attack our car as we pulled away (partner was terrified).
