The barn has wonderful facilities and at the same time feels homely and is beautifully decorated. I had a great weekend there and would highly recommend it for weekends away with a small group of friends.

W emerge really pleasantly surprised to see how lovely the barn was when we arrived. The sauna and pool were a special treat, and the kitchen is lovely. Highly recommend - though you will need a car to get to the closest town

I heard we were staying at a barn, I was really amazed by what was on offer. Lovely layout pool, sauna, snooker table, and more. I had a great time and will be looking to go back with some other guys. Chris

Wonderful place to stay if you need a business location near Hitchin or Luton. Convenient for A1 or M1 and Luton Airport/transfers etc. Central location but in lovely countryside. Very welcoming owners and what a beautiful situation and building. Bedrooms lovely and just what I need. Home from home.

We really enjoyed staying here, wasn't sure what to expect as it sounded unusual. Very reasonable and first class accommodation. Staying at the moment with friends, would highly recomend to others. Lovely facilities including swimming pool and snooker table. Farmhouse has lots of character.
