We stay there almost every year, so as to use the spa. The hotel is in a 6 km distance from the city of Sidirokastro, 20 km from the borders of Greece with Bulgaria (Promachonas) and about 90 km away from Thessaloniki, the second biggest city of Greece. It 's run by the municipality of Sidirokastro. The hotel has 3 different parts; the old one, where the rooms are narrow and need to be renovated, a newer one, added in 2004, with big rooms and the newest one, which was added in 2007 and has very nice furniture in the rooms. The hotel is a 3rd class hotel, but the 2 suites and the new rooms are higher class. In the building there are 2 hamam pools (a big one and a smaller), with natural spring water with a temperature of 39-42 C degrees. These pools come from the byzantine era and are very nice decorated.
