Had to spend £700 pound more to feed family even though I was all inclusive, alright if you like drinking all day, wouldn’t come here ever again. Food was the same everyday not much variety, not really a family holiday, it says has sauna and there isn’t aswell as pool bar and snack area next to pool.

Get ready to go back in time with the 1980's decor and the wooden rotten windows..its really badly maintained. Clean but I really can not settle here. Single beds that are as noisy. Orders 2 apartments to be told on arrival the is an electrical problem and we get a 2 bed apartment. Not what we booked. Towels never even changed . Furry blankets for the bed clothes

Before I go into it I need to make it clear that it was a CHEAP holiday. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and the main resort of Caleta de Fuste. It is on a hill but don’t worry! There are plenty of options to hire mobility scooters if you can’t cope with the incline. There’s a small complex closer to the bungalows but it’s not the nicest looking place (included in photos) There’s a walk way directly down the hill to the town so you won’t get lost but you need to be careful. If you don’t get hit by a mobility scooter you’ll trip up on the broken paths or slice your foot open on one of the many brazenly discarded beer bottles. The accommodation complex was… okay. The pool seemed clean and tidy but we didn’t use it. I can’t comment on the bar/restaurants as we didn’t use them either. There wasn’t a bar next to the pool in our section. If we wanted to grab a drink or food we would have had to walk over the road to the other part of the complex. We were happy to spend the day down at the beach (which is nice). The bungalows are dated. I think it was mostly clean but just very worn out however, the bathroom I had issues with. There were stains and a shower curtain…a shower curtain! The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. and you can hear every single thing through the walls. I mean you can hear the neighbours flatulence kind of everything. If you’re wanting WiFi and English TV, helpful staff and regular room service then you’ll have to look elsewhere. This isn’t that place. I’d give it a 2.5 if there was an option to because of the price

Our bungalow has recently been renovated so can’t complain. Basic but clean. Haven’t seen a cleaner, but at 49 years old I’m capable of putting my rubbish in the bin and fixing my own bed. Only 2 towels provide so definitely bring some of your own. Beds are comfortable , unfortunately the missus still snores like she does at home. Food choices are basic but ok. Probably just better than school dinners back in the 80s. 10 minute walk to the nearest town, but nearly everyone has a mobility scooter even if they don’t need it. Frank Gallagher is the most common type of guest (shameless). It’s cheap and not that cheerful. You get what you pay for.

After reading the terrible reviews I was a tad apprehensive, however, check in was easy reception staff were very polite, the bungalow (park No 78) itself is very basic, but given what you pay it does exactly what it says. Shower was powerful & hot, plenty of toilet roll. Our toilet didn't flush so a quick trip to reception & it was fixed by the time we arrived back after a day out. We had no problems with getting WiFi in the bungalow. The pool area is spotless. There's a lot of mentions of the steep hill, or heart attack hill as I also read, unless you have mobility issues or are really unfit i cant see that it should cause any issues. On the whole a lovely cheap week away..😁

We’ve stayed here regularly prior to covid and never had an issue with any of the rooms, yes they were tired but at least they were clean. This time though, our room was filthy. Arrived at the hotel at 12pm and understood we couldn’t check in until 3, no problem, we left our case at reception and went for a walk about. Went back to check in and signed all the paperwork etc, asked for the key to the room to be told it was unlocked and the key was in the door. Took us ages to find our room as there’s 4 rooms numbered the same and the map they gave was in the opposite direction to where we actually were located. The room itself was awful. I’ll attach pictures below. We had to sweep the room and wipe the worktops down as it clearly hadn’t been done prior to us getting there. The sofa had an ugly cover just thrown over it and upon inspection, this was clearly to cover the weird stains underneath. The fridge was absolutely grotty and the handle was broken. No toaster as advertised and hardly any utensils for a self catering holiday. Had to buy our own cups to have a cuppa. There was a door in the middle of the living room that went through to the next apartment so we could hear everything next door. The patio doors had a bolt on one side but the bolt was too short from the latch so even when you locked the door with the key, if you pushed on the door from the outside, the door opened. The kettle and microwave were spotless and looked practically brand new. Didn’t see sight of a cleaner at all so no fresh bedding or towels the whole time we were there. Me and my partner were on our way home one night and there was an elderly lady on her own with her suitcase looking lost. She’d just checked in but couldn’t find her room, she’d been back to reception but they just pointed to the map. She was quite distressed when we found her at 10pm. We managed to find her room and walked her back and got her settled in. Another time, we’d just returned from the zoo and as we got off the bus outside the hotel there was a lady face down on the pavement. She’d had quite a nasty fall and couldn’t get up, her husband was trying but was struggling. Me, my partner and another couple managed to get the lady up and onto a bench. Again, the hotel staff just didn’t seem interested in the slightest, no help whatsoever. Another day whilst at reception we overheard another person complaining about the cockroaches in his room. Like I said at the start of the review, we’ve stayed here many times prior to covid and yes, it’s always been dated but at least it was clean. Whilst I agree that it is a 2 star hotel and you get what you pay for, I wouldn’t consider what we paid as cheap and it certainly isn’t an excuse for poor cleanliness. It really is a shame as other times when we’ve stayed we’ve had a lovely time but after this stay and reading some of the other reviews, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

We are here now and it's the worst complex and apartment we have ever stayed in there's a reason these apartments are cheap tourists also need to be aware of the drug dealers living on the complex targeting tourists we were all most robbed when we refused they continued to follow us we have been asked several times if we want to buy drugs you feel very unsafe and the hotel staff don't want to help you we haven't seen the cleaners the entire week we have been here the apartment is just dreadful the bath taps don't work the stains in the bath are dreadful no oven,no hair dryer considering we are self catering the beds are full of old stains, the list is endless it's just an the awful place we will never return

Absolutely the worst place we've stayed..now we didn't expect 5star accommodation but we did expect to have a reasonable room which is not what we got. We paid for all inclusive but took one look at the food & decided we'd not bother & eat out however we did try the breakfast & I guess you could find something worth eating, the snacks where inedible & very poor. The room was not just tired but in place just rotten & we don't expect to see the plug socket in the bathroom glued to the wall, light fitting not fitting & wobbly, the beds have seen better days & so uncomfortable with bedding with holes in. No air conditioning not that you'd need it with the amount of holes & gaps in the doors. The cleaner came once during our visit & if you class throwing a bucket of water on the terrace then mopping the floor in the bathroom clean then she did a good job,she forgot to wipe anything down & remove the cobwebs on the coffee table & under the chair. The area around the restaurant was unpleasant unless you like cigarette ends because there was so many on the floor along with disgarded plastic cups. All in all if you could stay somewhere else I would.
