Apartments up a hill - not suitable for people with walking difficulties. No kettle or toaster but as we went self catering we ate out most of the time. Complex had well kept gardens. Would not go back to Matagorda as we felt it was too quiet for us. It would be more suited to families with young children. more

This hotel is clean tidy and quite nice...It's the food which is the problem. It's horrible cold,greasy,bland and what isn't eaten at lunch is served up at dinner. No we were not a fussy group our ages were 3-70. even my 3 year old said it was yuck. more

This apartment complex is fab! Very quiet where it is but only about an 8 minute walk to a shopping centre&the beach. Me and my partner went in Oct 08 and found these apartments very good, clean and enjoyable. The 2 pools and jacuzzi where great, the rooms where really clean and reception was helpful. There are many activities to do like tennis, football, rent push bikes and much more. A few other English people around but alot where germans, spanish etc.... more
