We really enjoyed our stay at Despina - the room was spacious and clean and the big balcony had a fantastic sea view which not many hotels in Kamari can provide as we discovered later. The room was cleaned every day, maybe not very modern accommodation but the owners are very friendly and helpful. Despite of not speaking English, you can still communicate with them and you will be understood. The pool was relatively clean and the good thing is again that there is plenty of space to sunbathe around it. The swimming pool and the area are also quite private in comparison to others in the resort. Despina is in the quieter part of Kamari but indeed very close to the beach and to the restaurants, shops and bus stop - walking to these places was not a problem with our young daughter. Overall - very good value for money, although it could benefit from some plants scattered around! Recommended! more
